From my experience they have the most listings. More importantly they often have a number of “quiet” listings that I wouldn’t have known about which David made sure I saw in order to make a more informed purchase decision. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone on his team

I don’t think there is anything about the area he doesn’t know. His client base allowed for us to sell our house so quickly we didn’t even have time to market it, saving thousands of dollars in advertising costs. Many agents promise this as an option but few can deliver. Danielle was an excellent assistant to him and they make a great team. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling in the Palm/Whale Beach area.
